8. Do you have any formal dog training qualification? What are they? If not, why do you feel that you are a competent dog trainer? Trained in classes run by Tony Knight (son of Jan Fennel, who is the original Dog Listener).

Learned by experience - the testimonials I get speak for themselves! We humans like certificates and makes things complicated when they are not. The dogs know what I am doing since I am speaking their language and they couldn't care less about pieces of paper with words on it.

14. Is there anything else we should know about you and your dog training business?
I am not giving you a band-aid for a particular problem. My commitment is to equip you with the means that address the cause of all your dogs problems rather than dealing with any symptoms. My aim is to empower you so that you can answer all your dogs questions & behaviours.
