7. What breeds are you most familiar working with?	I have worked with a great variety of breeds, large, medium and small.
8. Qualifications:	Principles of Canine Behaviour (Massey Uni) Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour Management (COMPASS, UK) currently under completion Veterinary Nursing (Otago Polytech) Certificate in Cat Behaviour (Centre of Applied Pet Ethology, UK)
9. How many dogs have you trained? (approx.)	I have trained with many dogs, however my goal is to provide the client with the skills and knowledge to successfully train their dog, learn the keys to successful leadership through understanding and mutual respect, and to avoid behavioural problems occurring in the future.

11. Referrals from veterinarian?	I receive referrals from vet clinics, pet shops and animal welfare organisations to clients with dog and cat behavioural problems, as well as for dog training services. Additionally I offer a free advice service to all animal welfare organisations and have assisted agencies in NZ and overseas.
12. What experiences do you have with dogs? (ie. obedience, agility, work at SPCA etc)	In addition to the many dogs I have worked with through Natural Animal Solutions, I have worked with dogs for many years in many situations, including regular volunteer work at the SPCA.
13. Favourite dog books?	Any books by highly regarded positive trainers/behaviourists such as Ian Dunbar, Jean Donaldson , Pamela Dennison, Patricia McConnell, Turid Rugaas, Brenda Aloff, Karen Pryor, Stanley Coren, to name a few.
14. Is there anything else we should know about you and your dog training business?	Animals are my passion. I believe strongly in the use of positive reinforcement techniques (praise and reward) and my methods are 100% humane, encouraging the animal to think and choose behaviours that are rewarding. Additionally, my holistic approach ensures all aspects of an animal’s physical and emotional wellbeing are taken into account. Natural Animal Solutions specialises in treating canine aggression towards other dogs, and has developed a unique one-on-one practical course to assist owners with this common problem. We also offer dog walking, boredom buster and peace of mind visits, pet feeding and house sitting, pet taxi service, Bach flower remedies and tuition in animal behaviour.
